Hot day. Good thing we were there setting up her transition area at 6:15 am. But who cares how hot it is and how early it is when it comes to watching your kids do something amazing. Gracie had a top 10 ten finish, ending up 9th in her age group. She swam a 1.51.00 on her 100 yard swim, biked 4 miles in 20.59 minutes, and ran a mile in 9.35 minutes. Her run was the 6th best in her age group.
Like the kitty cat face paint? Jack opted for the free food booths, scoring two bags of cotton candy, 1 hot dog, 1 bag of chips, 1 bag of popcorn, and 2 snow cones. He was in heaven.
