Asking for prayers today for Pete's mom and dad. They are in the eye of the storm right now. If you hear the weather channel mention Oriental, NC and Pamlico Sound, that is where they live. they lost power last night.

I was a nervous little freshman moving into Dau/Kreinheder on the beautiful Valpo campus. It turned out to the first day of four of the best years of my life.

Welcome to the Buzz Bolding Arena!

Fans can get a preview of Conway volleyball and football teams Saturday during the annual Wampus Cat Volleyball Showcase and Football Steak-Out.
The volleyball event, which will feature intrasquad matches by teams, grades 7-12, will be from 1-5 p.m. at Buzz Bolding Arena.

Our second-shortest on the team of 22 had a BEAUTIFUL dig from middle back!

Team Karl's very own powerhouse Gracie Karl just captured 3rd place in the 13 year old girls division of the Conway Triathlon! (yes, according to the rules, she has to race up an age). Second year in a row on the podium! She can do all things through HIM, who gives her strength!
